Takeaways: The Foolishness of the Cross – From Darkness to Light – Growing in Grace
They are bathed in Prayer – v9
ï‚· To know the will of God, through the wisdom and understanding of God from the Spirit of God.
To live out God’s will for their life which pleases Him in every way – v10
ï‚· By bearing fruit in every good work.
ï‚· By growing in the knowledge of God.
o Not a static state –
o Not just as the initial revelation but by progressive revelation.
That they would be strengthened with all God’s power – v11
ï‚· It is in God’s strength that we have great endurance and patience.
So that they can give thanks to God for what God has done for them – v12
ï‚· Not only for the things seen, but also unseen –
ï‚· Being qualified by God to share in the inheritance of His holy people –
